Shipping times are estimated in business days, do not include weekends or holidays and may, in some cases, run longer than shown. While we strive to meet these dates, ship times are approximate and subject to change.
At Garmin Best Buy we try to process your orders as soon as possible. Please allow at least 1 (one) business day for processing and shipping your order. It might take longer during holidays or other days when we experience high order volume. Handling time on some items and accessories will be longer than usual due to back order procedures. Please feel free to contact us to receive more information about processing and handling time on your order.
1 Year Warranty
All of our new products are fully guaranteed by the manufacturer, unless otherwise noted. The manufacturer’s warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts, subject to the conditions set forth by the manufacturer, in most cases up to one year. Our Refurbished products comes with 5 months warranty.
From the day of the purchase, we offer a 30-day return/exchange policy on the opened non-defective items or defective items when seeking refund or credit. An opened returned item is a subject to a restocking fee of 15%. Extra charges for missing accessories or UNSEALED DVDs, CDs, and cartography may apply. Shipping cost and taxes are not refunded. In case the original shipping method was Free Ground Shipping a shipping cost of $7.99 to $18.99 depending on weight of the product will be deducted. Your return must be received at our location by the 30th day of receipt of your order or your return will be refused.
Garmin Best Buy will exchange defective units and parts to the customer with no restocking fees within 30-day period after the purchase. All defective units are exchanged for the exact same model. Customers seeking an exchange of defective items for a different model or a credit or a refund are subject to a fees described in “Opened Items” chapter above.
When sending us a defective item for the replacement, ONLY THE UNIT but not accessories nor original packaging must be mailed. Customer is responsible for the shipping to Garmin Best Buy. The replacement/repair processing might exceed 2 weeks in cases the item is discontinued or out of stock. Please note that most of the units sold at Garmin Best Buy are covered by manufacturer’s 1 year warranty so for faster processing times or to exchange after the 30-day period, customers should contact the manufacturer for direct return or repair information.
In case when item was ordered by mistake or no longer desired and the product is intact, never used, the unit, accessories, the packaging is in perfect resalable condition and DVDs, CDs, and cartography are not unsealed, used or registered, customers may return the item for a full refund or credit within 30-day period. Please note the shipping cost and taxes are not refunded. In case the “Free Ground Shipping” method was used a shipping fee of $7.99 to $18.99 depending on weight of the product will be deducted from the refund amount. Your return must be received at our location by the 30th day of receipt of your order or your return will be refused.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are required for all returns. To obtain an RMA number, please contact us. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the package! Before you send merchandise back, please be sure to check that you have not left any of your own memory cards or other accessories in the unit.
We will provide a return address and RA number by email.
Please do not ship an item to our mailing address without confirming first. If your product is a special order item or a drop-ship or a back order then it may need to go to a warehouse it was shipped from originally.
Please Note: The units that have been installed, severely scratched, abused, or that are missing the original UPC code on the box will not be accepted for return or credit for ANY REASON and must be returned directly to the manufacturer. In addition, any or software, including pre-programmed data cards, that have been opened can only be returned directly to the manufacturer. We can only offer a refund using the form of payment originally used by the customer.
Please Note: Garmin Best Buy cannot be held responsible for packages until they are delivered to us, so please use a trackable and insured means of shipping (UPS or Fedex) or get Delivery Confirmation and insurance with USPS priority mail. For most returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. For all international returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for freight both ways. For domestic customers returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping to Garmin Best Buy only.
Please check your order as soon as it is received. We allow only 48 hours from time of delivery to make any claims for missing items. If your package arrived open please check contents before you accept the package. Make delivery personnel know of any problems.
Once we receive your return we will process your credit or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days, unless the replacement item is discontinued or out of stock. When returning an item, please do not initiate a chargeback with your credit card company. We will credit your card for your return, and a chargeback will only delay processing of your return.
